This final year involved creating a do-it-yourself manual for developing and delivering a green jobs training program, capturing the lessons learned from training over 100 youth across the province in entry level green building skills and provides tips for creating your own community program.

Windsor Essex Community Housing teamed up with The Now House Project to bring sustainable energy retrofits to five Windsor houses. Retrofits include air sealing and insulation, solar photovoltaic panels, basement insulation, tankless water heaters and much more.
